Providing our employees and visitors with a healthy work environment is essential to Recylux, this is why we are constantly adapting our production tools to reach, and if possible exceed, regulatory recommendations. We respect everywhere a very ambitious, strict and efficient hygiene and security policy.

Hygiene and security are fundamental factors that guide our daily actions and define the conditions in which we work with industrial tools. In order to respect the security obligations, we make every effort to reduce to the maximum the risks and dangers at every work station. Moreover, we regularly raise our staff awareness and train them about security regulations. We often check their competence, the respect of the security regulations and if they wear their safety equipment.

Staff representatives are involved in the definition of the prevention plans, in the security practice, in the analysis of the causes of the incidents and in the follow-up of the performance indicators and management system.

Since 2003, Recylux has developed an integrated management system for Quality, Security and Environment which allowed us to receive the ISO 90001 and ISO 14001 in 2004 and we are aiming for the OHSAS 18001 certification soon.

Besides, Recylux attaches much importance to the security of its incoming and outcoming logistical flows. Every delivery and shipment is subjected to an automated control in order to detect radioactivity.
